- All Aegis Protocol setup fees and initial subscription payments are covered by a 7-Day No-Questions-Asked Money-Back Guarantee.
- If you are not completely satisfied with your Aegis review portal or print-ready digital QR standee within the first 7 days of your purchase, you may request a 100% refund of all fees paid.
2. Other One-Time Setup Fees
- Any one-time fees paid for custom website development, graphic designs, initial SEO setups, or printable asset creations (outside of standard Aegis Protocol templates) are non-refundable once design and development work has commenced.
- If you cancel a setup request before our team starts working on your assets, you are eligible for a 100% refund.
2. Monthly Subscription Services
- No Pro-Rata Refunds: Monthly subscription payments for active campaigns (including review portals, serverless hosting, and daily reporting) are billed in advance. We do not offer partial or pro-rata refunds for mid-month cancellations.
- Cancellation Policy: You can cancel your subscription at any time through your client billing link or by contacting us directly. Once cancelled, your service will remain active until the end of your current paid billing cycle, and you will not be charged again.
3. Non-Payment & Grace Period
- If a payment fails on your monthly renewal date, you will receive notifications to clear the balance.
- No fees are refunded or discounted for days during which your campaigns were suspended due to overdue invoices. Access will be instantly restored once the payment is cleared through Razorpay.
