- Customer Feedback Logs: For clients using our reputation gating tools, our system collects feedback from your customers (rating stars and private text reviews). This data is stored securely in our database and is used solely to generate your private feedback reports.
- Payment Transaction Data: Financial data (card numbers, UPI IDs, bank details) are processed directly by Razorpay. We do not store your credit card or bank details on our servers. We only store transaction confirmations and transaction IDs.
2. How We Use Your Information
- To manage your subscriptions and process monthly payments.
- To generate your custom marketing assets, QR codes, and landing pages.
- To deliver daily or weekly email digests compiling your customers' private feedback logs.
- To improve our web tools and troubleshoot software issues.
3. Data Protection & Sharing
- No Third-Party Sharing: We do not sell, rent, or share client data or customer feedback logs with third parties for marketing purposes.
- Gated Feedback Data Privacy: The private feedback submitted by your customers is kept confidential and is accessible only by you (the business owner) and MetrixMedia admins for system maintenance.
- Security Measures: We use Secure Sockets Layer (SSL) encryption, firewalls, and secure Supabase database servers to keep all client and customer data protected.
